Kde to všechno začalo
Od Rovers Brothers k nové kapitole jménem Rusty Brothers.
„Každý příběh má svůj začátek.“
Ten náš ale nezačal dnes.
Začal už před mnoha lety, kdy jsme pod názvem
Rovers Brothers
společně objevovali svět Call of Duty 2, hráli clan wary, turnaje
a trávili dlouhé večery na serverech, které se staly naším druhým domovem.
Stejně jako u mnoha jiných komunit se ale život postupně změnil.
Školní léta vystřídala práce, rodina a nové povinnosti.
Hraní šlo na čas stranou a z Rovers Brothers zůstaly hlavně
vzpomínky na skvělé období.
Po letech jsme si ale uvědomili, že některé věci nikdy úplně nezmizí.
Stačilo pár rozhovorů o starých časech, několik vzpomínek
na legendární mapy a nápad byl na světě.

Co kdybychom se vrátili?
Ne proto, abychom honili výsledky nebo soupeřili s ostatními.
Chtěli jsme znovu vytvořit místo, kde si lidé mohou zahrát
bez zbytečného stresu,
zavzpomínat na staré časy a poznat nové kamarády.
A právě tehdy se zrodila myšlenka
Rusty Brothers.

Nové jméno. Stejné kořeny.
Nový název symbolizoval návrat ke kořenům.
Možná jsme po letech trochu
zrezivěli,
ale chuť hrát, tvořit a budovat komunitu zůstala stejná.
Byl to začátek nové kapitoly.
Netušili jsme, kam nás tahle cesta zavede, ale jedno jsme věděli jistě –
chceme vytvořit komunitu, do které se budou lidé rádi vracet.
A přesně tím začal příběh
Rusty Brothers.

Where It All Began
From Rovers Brothers to a new chapter called Rusty Brothers.
“Every story has a beginning.”
Ours, however, didn't begin today.
It began many years ago, when under the name
Rovers Brothers
we explored the world of Call of Duty 2 together, played clan wars
and tournaments, and spent long evenings on servers
that became our second home.
Like many other communities, life gradually changed.
School years gave way to jobs, families and new responsibilities.
Gaming took a back seat for a while, and what remained of Rovers Brothers
were mostly memories of a great era.
Years later, however, we realized that some things never truly disappear.
A few conversations about the old days, a handful of memories
of legendary maps, and suddenly an idea was born.
Not to chase results or compete with everyone else.
We wanted to create a place again where people could play
without unnecessary pressure,
remember the old days and meet new friends.
And that was when the idea of
Rusty Brothers
was born.

New name. Same roots.
The new name symbolized a return to our roots.
We may have become a little
rusty
over the years, but the desire to play, create
and build a community remained the same.
It was the beginning of a new chapter.
We had no idea where this journey would take us,
but one thing was certain – we wanted to create a community
people would always enjoy coming back to.
And that is exactly how the story of
Rusty Brothers began.
